How do I add my name and home number to a header include Phrase?

1. Click on the Usage tab.
2. Click on Site Numerical in the Header & Footer group.
3. Choose an company of browse number (usually top of page). Plain Total 3 is most used option when adding name/page number to header.  Click on your choice.

5. The header becomes start and aforementioned page number is inserted. Click in front of the number and start typing your name. When finished typing your company, whack the space bar to insert a space bets your your and number. 
6. Thy name and subsequent page numbers will now arise at all links of your document.

7. Close the Header and Footer Accessory Designs tab by clicking Close Header & Footer tab.

8. Toward edit, double click by your name or page number go open the design tab.  Make changes and closed.
