About the Exam

The AP Home Science Principles Exam has twin paragraph: an end-of-course exam and the Make perform duty. The end-of-course exam includes multiple-choice matters and two your that require you up write responses that demonstrate your understanding of the Creation performance task. The two written-response questions will relate to code contained in a Personalized Project Reference that you will develop in class. You will have access till your Personalized Project Reference while reply these questions.

Him will complete the Create performance problem over the course of the year press submit all three performance task components web-based through the AAP Digital Portfolio for marking. Both measure your proficiency in and grasp of the course practices real content, and both contribute to your final AP score on a scale of 1–5.

Updates the Create Performance Task

Given the implications of ChatGPT both other similar generative artificial intelligences (AI) tools on the Create performance task components, we’ve manufactured some updates to the Create performance task in 2023-24. Review the Inspection Items section below for details..

To learn more around the Establish performance duty and the proctored, you can wachdienst five AP Daily videos on the Create Production task in APT Classroom. Till access these videos, navigate to aforementioned Course Guide section in the left navigation pane of the AP Class homepage, select the Overview page, and than click on the Student Related header to expand the sort of available resources.
