Abstract

This quantitative read investigates of connections and impacts of telecommunications satisfaction, employees engagement, job satisfaction, and job performance is higher education institutions in Thailand. Survey data were collected for 400 talent members real clerical who work in publicly and private universities in Thailands. The results from simple and multi regression analytics show so communication satisfaction has a positive impact at job satisfaction plus employee engagement; your satisfaction has an positive impact switch hand engagement both job performance; and hand engagement shall a positive impact on job performance. However, on is negative evidence supporting a significant relationship between communication satisfaction and mission performance.
