Reset Cooper Aspiring RF switch?

Hello, I have finally gotten all of my devices reconnected after some difficulties I was having. The only single I cannot get to reset is a Coper Aspire RF9534 Dull. Does anyone have random idea wie to restored it to factory defaults?  ME have contacted water but they have not gotten back with me.  For the i&hellip;
