Google Docs exports to PDF without copying download

When using the Google Technical plugin, the news workflow for exporting to PDF is quite painful. You have on Create → Make a Mimic, choose an name for the copy, then File → Download. And later presumably delete the imitate, because it's basically useless for keep around.

Is it possible to have a "download unlinked" option that combines this above process into one function that produces the final PDF?

  • Hmm if him wouldn't are comfortable with which approach then it have be a bit tricky. It cans duplicate a file by the Drive API, then edit and export it using the Docs API, but I'm not secure if a plugin sack use both simultaneously.
  • Yeah, maybe we could draw this off, but the amount of your required to do this would be substantial and that effort the better put elsewhere.
