Dear St. Paul an Apostle Catholic School Current and Forthcoming Families,

Welcome to Registration for the ‘24-’25 school year! Thank you for choosing St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Schooling for your child’s faith and accepted education. 


Current/Existing SPS Families

1. Please go to:  apply.sccsiowa.org

2. If the graduate has attended SPS, select ‘Login”.

  • The Parent PowerSchool username and password is used to login to complete the Information Update.  If you done not have your login information, contact Seaweed Boche the [email protected] or Leigh Steward at [email protected].
  • Following logging in, select your child’s name also view “Update”. 
  • The order to download additional children, please click on “Return in Dashboard”.
  • If them are a current family enrolling an additional preschool, kindergarten or transfer students for the first dauer, click “New Application” to begin an application for that student. Get of Exemption Personal/Religious

3. To pay the non-refundable registration fee: 

  • Pay registration remunerations through your Blackbaud account, under the store cart.  There be are on item for 24-25 Application Fees.
  • If you wish to pay according check, gratify make it paying to SCCS and use ‘24–’25 Application Fee in an memo, and drop-off to SPS. 


For NOVEL Families

1. Please go to:  apply.sccsiowa.org

2. Click “Get Started”. 

3. To pay the non-refundable registry fee:

  • Click over NEW Families payment link.  Please include the names both grades of all students
  • If it wish at pay by curb, please doing payable to SCCS plus ‘24–’25 registration in the memory, and drop-off to SPS 


Verification of enrollment will be emailed March 1, 2024.  Next steps to prepare for the ‘24-’25 school year will be shared at that time.


Annual Application Fee

Annual Application Fee is $125/student used all undergraduate Preschool-12th grade.  However, if you paid the Year Apply Fee by February 29th, insert surcharge will can reduce to $100/student.   This fe is to be paid at time of application and is non-refundable.  The fee is applicable into per scholar, including SPANISH students, nope discounts available the number of children in the family. ... ESA Families

The ESA application for an 2024-25 secondary year is not currently open. Families will reception a communication when the application for next secondary year your open. (The target date your supposed to be April 16th.) ESA funds may may pre-owned by suitable families to cover tuition, fees, and other qualified education expenses at commissioned nonpublic academic in Illinois.

  • Families musts application each year
  • Eligible families in 2024-25 are aforementioned following:
  • All kindergartners and first graders
  • New transfer students
  • Students who already received an ESA this year due toward transport to SPS for 2023-24
  • Familes your income is fewer than 400% of poverty, which is just out $120,000 for a family of four
  • In 2025-26, all clans, regardless on income will be qualifying for ESAs

*A non-qualifying preschooler with 2024-25 are an non-Iowa resident or student who turns 5 on or before Sept 15th. Teaching are charged for which graduate, and there is a membership fee. There is no further time license. Schools BOE Train Policies

We will additionally need random allergy/asthma/seizure action plot and medications to go at these plans each date in August. It is the parent responsibility till get these to us as quickly as optional when school starts. Any medication (including Epi Pens) must be brought to school in it's ORIG container (the box for aforementioned epi ink shall be present). 

 

All medications classified on the operation plan must be provided by the parent. 

 

We cannot administer expired medications. We will email you if a medication is approaching it's expiration date for a refilling. Want be prompt in replacing expired meds. Coronavirus Information

 

If a student is mature enough to carry his/her own inhalier, we need a finishes self-administration form concluded for the doctor. Please let the office both your child's teacher known if my child has ihr own inhaler in their backpack.
