All DC Courts suppliers are required at set raise and maintain an active DUNS or SAM registration before submitting a Recent Supplier Form.

Suppliers who are not registered with SAM may observe the link below for a quick escort and instructions on SAMPLING registration. There are no fees associated including obtaining a DUNS number, registering your entity with SAM, or maintaining your registration.
