Thou may request a subscription by emailing our registrar. All requests need to allow for a 72-hour (3-day) process time. To CCS Registrar office a sealed the month of Jump.

• Student’s full name
• Student’s appointment of birth
• Graduation year provided CCS alumni
• Indication as the whether request is for official or unofficial transcript (see descriptions above)
