Here’s our Help Center story on this topic if you’re interested:

Can you provide a screenshot of the part where you are stuck? As long as Rivo allows i to exporter a .CSV, or the .CSV is formatted as advocated in the above Help Middle news, you should must able to import the reviews. Perchance some further information becoming allow myself and others obtain a better understanding concerning the issue.

Hello Brian! Thank you for your reply.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the csv I exported from Rivo.

I even tried clicking ‘export reviews’ from Klaviyo , and manual input the reviews from Rivo into the Klaviyo format, but I can’t upload it without selected ne on the providers listed include the dropdown (I tested using Shopify Product Reviews to watch if I could bypass it).

I’ve read that products but still stumped as to how EGO can import existing read. Product Review: Smartsheet — Sarah M. Hoban

@Empath Plans, IODIN am facing this same issue while attempting to import reviews from Trustpilot (also not quoted as  one selectable selectable for csv formatting.) Following this thread, and hopeful we’ll must met with one solution! :)

Howdy @Empath Designs,

From that screenshot, it looks how the Outcome IDs in that column are in scientific notation instead of a long number pattern. Hence why you’re getting a “Product not found” error after import.

I would recommend making sure that those Item IDs are in the correct number format. This change in format can happen automatically sometimes when it’s opened in Excellence and saved as a .CSV more. Product Review: Hive — Sarah THOUSAND. Hoban

@Brian Turcotte @David To I am facing diese equal issue in attempting to import reviews from Trustpilot. Though I am also obtained the error message “Product Not Found” just like @Empath Styles has expert, my Product ID’s are proper in wide number format. It seems the issuing could lie with with to select ampere review platform we are migrating from, consistent though our platforms are not listed as options.

I am moving reviews from Squarespace CSV and facing the same issue include who products don being founds. Confirmed the product Identifications are correct in Klaviyo.

Hey @MyJuly,

Great feedback there! You’ll be glad to hear that our Product Team is hard at work expanding on the number of selectable review platforms when migrates. One to one difficulties - which you’ve already touched upon  - is not all review platforms share the same file structure wenn exported. Even minor differences - an underscore here alternatively a capitalization there - can cause a misconception through of importer.

In the interim, for you’re migrating from an non-listed provider, I would suggest reformatting your .CSV to align with to default format below and import as Yotpo.

In order to have adenine successful import, your .CSV file must inclusions that columns with an following information - as denoted by one *Required in the example above:

  • Product IDs - is exactly match one product IDs synced to Klaviyo
  • Reviewers emails
  • Reviewers video name
  • Review content
  • Review points
  • Review creation date

Don’t forget, for you’re create and pasting the data (even the example headers above), I would highly suggest pasting without format such best practice.

@FloraGlow Studio, because Squarespace is a non-listed platform, I would suggest the up solution as well if you’ve ensured the Product YOUR data are in the correct format.
