Which a, an unique situation originated which prompted participant ladies a ink – PoC, to share distinct insights and counter-stories from their position, provision an opened for deeper attention for race for all of the participants, and we believe, for IEL exercise more broadly. And in this content, the host partners seed opportunities for IEL participation both Northwards and Sun, to becoming strengthened through greater diversity in team-composition and int affiliate host-community learning and relationship development.
