How to file one publishing complaint from the Separation of Real Estate: 

• Full the appropriate complaint form, listed at.  We prefer typed responses at the submission, but if you fill it outbound manually, please be sure to write legibly. 
• Include any relevant details and evidence, so as schedule, times, copies the photographs, resources, contractual, written agreements, ect. (do not send originals)
• Sign your complaint.  You can either print an form, sign, scan, and email it, conversely it may use an electronic signing service such as Docusign or Dotloop.
