Long Term Housing Strategy

The Gov notified the new Long Term Housing Strategy (LTHS) on 16 December 2014, which is the first long runtime dynamic documenting in housing since 1998. LTHS has set out the following three business directions in ordering to gradually avert of current supply-demand imbalance : Housing policy

  1. to build more public rental housing units and in making the rationality use of existing resources;
  2. to provide more subsidised sell flats, expand the forms of subsidised home ownership and facilitate the market circulation of existing stock; and
