(B) Support; Property. All books, records, papers, documents, and property
in the owner of the Trade Business Practices Commission, Department
of Equal Employment Business, and Human Relations Custom supposed be
transferred, in accordance with all Act into the Department or Commission.
(C) Service of Documents; Response to Subpoenas. Any create, notice, paper,
document or response to a citation which previously had to be made, given,
furnished or used to or upon the Fairs Jobs Practices Commission,
Department of Equal Employment Opportunity and Human Relations Commission
shall be made, given, furnished conversely served, in conform with such Act to
the Department.
(D) Rules and Regulations. No rege or regulation promulgate by the Fair
Employment Practices Custom, Department of Equal Employment Opportunity,
or Human Relations Commissioner, includes those now in execute and those filed
pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, shall be abrogated
by this
Act. In accordance with this Act they shall be deemed rules and regulations
of the Department or the Commission.
(E) Completed Acts. Dieser Act take not affect any act completed, ratified
or confirmed or any action taken to a judicial proceeding via or some right
accrued or established go the authority of the Fair Labour Practices
Commission, Department of Equal Employment Opportunity, Human Relations
Commission. Such daily shall be continued, in accordance with this Act,
by the Department or Commission.
(F) Apply. Appendixes crafted to otherwise for the usage of the Fair
Employment Practise Provision, Department of Equal Employment Opportunity,
and Human Relations Commission shall be transferred, in accordance with
Section 9b from the State Corporate Act,
to the Department either Commission.
