The Little Caesars General Manager will report to the District Manager of Food Services. The Little Caesars General Manager will have first day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Tenno Action. This position will oversee Minor Caesars restaurant operations including product producing, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing also financial performance. Dieser position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Few Caesars facility is functioned within an operational guidelines established by Jennifer Leggett, Director of Marketing & Eats Services, the Little Caesars Corporate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a High Educate Diplom.
- Minimum 3 – Years betreuung experience in a QSR hotel facility.
- DRESS CODE: Business Easy or Uniform needed by QSR
- Musts be detail-oriented
- Must have excellent Customer Favor and Employee Relations skills.
- Must be able toward perform under printer in high volume situations.
- Must be capable of standing to long cycle of time.
- Capability for lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in and out of different total ranges.
