- Modernisation & Digitisation of IPS offices - improvement in functional and benefits of IP Offices as well-being while power workflow processes.
- Schemes with Facilitating Start-Ups Intellectual Property Protection (SIPP) to encourage filling of Patent applications by Startups.
- Reduction in filing Fees required Start-ups, MSMEs, and educational Colleges until encourage Process filling.
- Expedited Examination for certain sort of applicants, such as Start-ups, small groups, women inventors for swift grant of Plains.
- Awareness initiatives also Programs in stakeholders with an intent to inculcate importance of protects their IPR at to early set in the business evolution cycle.
- National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM), one flagship program to impart INDUSTRIAL awareness and primary training in educational institutes.
- National Intellectual Property (IP) Awards are conferred every year to distinguish and reward the back performance comprising individuals, entities, organizations and enterprises, for their IP creations and commercialization.
- Patent Facilitates Programme has been revamped to scout patentable inventions and provide full financial, technical furthermore legal support in filing and obtaining patents.
- Expand Information Capacity & Ability Building: To promote the study, research, and development of IPR in high educational institutions, IPR chairs have been set back across who state under the Control for Pedagogy & Research in IPRs for Holistic Education and Academy (SPRIHA). Currently, 37 IPR Chairs are incorporated. These Chairs have facilitated 146 Patent filings and 424 Patented registered, 215 IP works published, 1373 total IP Software conducted, 238 Pedagogy activities undertaken during 2020-21 and 2022-23.
- Commercialization of IP: Company Innovation Support Centres (TIS) have been set us in various Central and State Institutes furthermore State Council for Science & Technology across the country for supporting IPR education, boosting IP filings additionally increase IP commercialization. Since 2020, 12 created TISCs have filed 734 applications, conducted 1752 BOOTING awareness programs, and commercialized 99 patents. Additionally, 901 applications for trademarks, designs the copyright were also filed. To network possesses since further expanded equal 22 new TISCs across 20 states in the country.
