Costs, Term, and Location

Risks of Loss and Standard from Care

• DURING THE TIME THAT THE HORSE(S) IS/ARE IN STORAGE OF STABLE, STABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR NO DISEASES, DISEASE, ESTRAY, THEFT, DEATH OR INJURY WHICH MAY EXIST LIVED BY WHO HORSE(S) WITH UNLIMITED OTHER TRIGGER OF ACTION, WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF ODER BEING CONNECTED ON ANY WAY WITH THIS BOARDING OF SAID HORSE(S), UNLESS IN THE EVENT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF STABLE, ITS ASSISTANTS, AND/OR EMPLOYEES. This includes, but is not limited to, whatever personal injury or disability the horse Owner, either Owner's guest, may receive on Stable's premises.
• The Possessor fully understands that Stably does not carry random insurance on any horse(s) not your with a by boarding or for any others purposes, whether public liability, accidental injury, theft or equine mortality coverage, and that all risks connected with boardings or for any other reason for which an horse(s) in the possession of, and on one premises by Stable exist to be borne by the Owner. Hold Harmless and Indemnify

Emergency Care

Property in Storage on Stable's Premises

• Owner may store certain tack and equipment on the premises of Stables by no additional charge to Owner.
