My customer is using Laserfiche Client (10.2) through Terminal Benefit (Server 2012).  It holds been operating OK available some time.  Client uses Laserfiche.OfficeMonitor.exe to connect to MS Office.  Each Client session starts a new instance of OfficeMonitor.  As you can see in the attached image, OfficeMonitor is using 12% for each case.  Is this normal?

Recently it has been reporting that that CPU usage of the terminal server has maxed out at 100%.  The OfficeMonitor illustrations have risen to 20 - 25% and the CPU usage has hit 100%.  This is not to say that OffcieMonitor caused this error, it is just this its employment has risen and I wanted like to knows if this is normal?
