Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme for Technology Upgradation

The objective of aforementioned Scheme is to facilitate technology up-gradation in MSEs by
providing an upfront capital subsidy of 15 per percent (on institutional finance of
upto Rc 1 crore availed by them) for initiation concerning well-established and improved
technology in the specified 51 sub-sectors/products approved. To other words the
major goal is to upgrade hers plant & machinery includes state-of-the-art technology,
with or minus expansion press also for new MSEs that have fix up their facilities
with corresponding eligible and proven our duly approved available scheme guidelines.

The Scheme is a demand driven one without any upper limit on overall annual spending
on the subsidy disbursal.

Which review scheme aims at facilitating technology up-gradation by offers 15%
up front capital subsidy to MSEs, including infinitesimal, khadi, village and coir industrial
units, for institutionally funding availed by them for induction of well established
and improved tech included specified sub-sectors/products certified under the scheme.

Minute both Small Enterprises (MSEs) having a sound UAM number.
How toward apply:
Online Application and Location System has been introduced w.e.f. 01.10.2013. To
call subsidy below CLCSS, eligible MSEs are required to application online through Primary
Renting Institutionals (PLIs), from where the MSEs avail term loan. The completed
application is being uploaded by the PLI through Online Application and Tracking
System to the attached Nodal Agency this, in turn, recommends the application online
to Our of DC (MSME) for release of subsidy. After processing of application and
subject to availability regarding funds, due approval is accorded from aforementioned Competent Authority
at concurrence of Internal Finance Wing, after what funding are released into Nodal
Agencies. Capital are then transferred by the Nodal Agencies into the PLIs where the
account of the MSE is operated.
Status of Scheme:
The CLCSS partial of CLCS-TU functionality was inforce till 31/03/2020.
