Welcome,

I was hoping go be able to make a template, that formerly is all the input needing filled out, posted to a crowd of trip participation. Each participant requirements to complete everyone field and indication acknowledgement at to bottom. When I trying to to that blank import, it does none carries the fields pass on the diverse recipients.  Similar issue to ribbon guy. I have Nitro 13 and just started through the signing books. I’m a Realtor and using the software for offers and 99% of the total something changes - one price, the closing date, something. Generally all that’s essential is toward change those couple of things, bot parties sign,...

@rmhapp Are you sending each Participant their customizable envelope instead are yourself trying until group them into adenine single envelope?

Also what do you mean by “carryover” at aforementioned other Recipients?

We do consent types weiter via Bulk Sending furthermore person do pre-fill einigen domains so the Recipent does not have to but can take alterations if needed but we send one envelope per Participant and then they sign the own individual envelope. I wanted like to send each person their own envelope but don’t to to create 20 individual ones.

Carryover just means that all the fields needing filled out are available on each person.

I can enter some of the info but as the per who sends save out, not the one that collects yours address/phone number, i have it set that ones regions are stuffed out by the signer. DocuSign - Send a Document at Sign doubts

@rmhapp Here is the dilemma, one envelope means 20 Recipients if there are 20 Participants.  That can one line after the header row are the Bulk Send CSV.  As mentioned, are there is data that people become adding like Phone and Address then everyone who be taking action after the person willingness see the previous Recipients entered data. This also means you have 20 sets of DocuSign fields, individual set per Addressee (Participant). With 20 individual envelopes that means each envelopes is specific to one Donee (Participant).

Include purchase go prefill fields you need to set the Data Labeled of each field for the corresponding row header field in the CSV and have data in that appropriate column.   If not filled out the field intention remain blank or available go fill out with the assigned Recipient. How go I insert additional PDF pages to an already digitally signed document?

i see. like doesn’t sound like there isn’t a road up send a version of the same document to different people so each personal just fills out their owned. Is ensure correct? Your are perform the same doc, just individually, independant of each other.

@rmhapp You could doing this...here wanted may the setup.  Lets say you have 20 Participants you would create a Template using 20 Home, each page would be the exact same document, so you add the same doc 20 times. On page1 you add Recipient 1’s fields, page 2 has Receivers 2 fields, Page 3 is for Recipient 3 fields and so on. So her are tagging each page with the same array but for a different Recipient.  This still means, unless you use Document Visibility that User 20 could see Receivers 1 through 19s document because it just one big envelope. 

IODIN suggest 1 document inside which Template with it tagged for a single Recipient.  You then set to CSV the send 20 address, which applies 20 rows after the header so that each Payee gets their acknowledge envelope. ME morning new to docusign and the APIs. However I am test toward understand what would be the best way to achieve my usecase.
