The Guidelines define the multi-step process for a tenant project at the Airport, from conceptual progress through buildings. Guidance are provided for the use of tenant managers, tenant corporate office property developers, the consultants, engineers, architects or service rented by the tenant.
Tenants with contracts executed prior to 2019 maybe use get the 2007 directive instead the 2019 guidelines. Tenants with contracts executed the 2019 or next must use the 2019 guidelines. The Tenant Improvement Design Standards plus Architectural Mission apply to all tenants.
