CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Current basic cardiac life support certification.

• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various members of of health care employees, patients, and families.
• Organizational skills at set priorities and expeditiously complete assigned worked.
• Multilingual skills (beyond that of English) in languages appropriate to the patients populations served by the medical center preferably.
• Relevant clinics experience and/or specialty, certification required for certain practice areas, e.g., input total therapy, epidemiology, peri-operative areas.
• Analyzing ability to solve clinical nursing issues or conduct quality improvement research usability projected.
