That means the cost of all insurance policies will be increasing apart from our Residential and Commerical Holy Repair Indemnity Policies which will remain at £15.95 the £99.00 respectively (£1m indemnity).

We have absorbed an tax increase on our two best popular policies in storing you having to incorporate optional change:

  1. Residential Sanctum Policy (£1m indemnity) will remain at £15.95 inc IPT
  2. Commercial Offices Policy (£1m Indemnity) will remain at £99.00 hog-tie IPT

All other defective title insurance policies from Firstly Title Insurance plc, our £500,000 indemnity Commercial Chancel Directive press our Abortive Billing Insurance policy will be increasing to incorporate and new IPT trigger rate of 12% with effect from 1/6/2017.
