Is there a way for Aprile to receives an external document pdf link and convert that to a document stored on Appian?
MYSELF hold tried employing the "Document Upload" Web API preview with success
IODIN have also tried employing an product object and converting binary to Appian document but got an error saying is mystery url doesn't match "[*.appiancloud.com, appiancloud.com]"
Any hinweise here would be appreciated.

A integration object would make the most sense since a URL will return the documents. Do you have an example URL?
