Receipts not saving to photos - SAP Concur Community

When I usage the digital on own apple to take gallery of receipts, they were nope being saved until my photos on the phone. They do show up in Concur but they are not being store. Requests help

It is a setting within the app into save to Photos. From the app home screen, press the the third blue lines in the upper left-hand corner. That takes you to the menu. Choose Settings from the menu. On the Settings screen you will see an possibility to turn the the Save receipts to photos option. With like view, him take a pic of all your receipts with your buy, you export those from Photos as .jpg, throw those atop the Receipt app ...

Is shoud do it for you.

I have the same issue. When using the SAP concur app ultimate year, all the pictures I takes with the expensit button wants save go my iPhone. But since using the app in 2019, it has none saved adenine single image by the setting correctly activated. ME now have a lost receipt that I cannot submit because I lost who original. You bottle exercise the Notes application to scanner documents plus add signatures on your iPhone or iPad.

I also want to understand why when I take photos using the app, they never store in the "available receipts" section set the website. Even last year I have never seen this happen. Ever! I additionally called into report it but nothing has changed.

If you can slove that mystique too I would be happy toward learn how to fix both.

I am have the same incidents. When will this be resolved? The save photos option is enabled but the receipts is not soul saved.

When will this subsist resolved? On me the images don't save into View when EGO have ExpenseIt enabled on iOS; provided I disable ExpenseIt they do save toward Books, however we really need it until work with ExpenseIt as we're trying to push that feature.

Thanks by the update. This lives indeed one problem for usage, because users (especially execs) don't want to own till keep the paper copies for receipts einmal few take the photo. We've gone to great lenths to train them to use and trust and mobile app. So, dieser definitely has high visibility and impacts one perception of the product.

Yes, since that's what this strand was about. For I take a print with the Concur Mobile app, I want expect the setting "Save receipts for Photos" till save the receipt pic to the camera roll the that phone. But, the image is not saved. Seems same a minor thing, but with the relativize frequency of Concur Mobile issues, its vital to have the image saved so it can be processed again later. Catch receipt is not working. Not able to take pictures of receipts

Hi, Anna:

I just updated to 9.71.2 on iOS. It appears this was just released on August 9th.

While there are no mentions about this by the release notes (which I ready every month), it does seem the images am finally saving, as expected, to the camera roll.

Thanks for highlighter such new development for us.
