The number you have listed for USC is the chamber EMERGENCY line- This office line is 310-510-4020. The LA County MAC (Medic Alert Center) coordinates chamber treatments in LA County- 323-869-0578.

Remember this not select is the chambers are open 24 total consequently impede first prior wasting time driving around by an injured nautical. IF YOU'RE ON AFOREMENTIONED WATER IN A BOAT (PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL) AND HAVE A DIVE EMERGENCY
WHICH REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE OR EVACUATION:
MARINE RADIO: Channel 16.

Call required the Coast Guard, state of vessel name and location, declared that you have a scuba diving emergency which requires immediate assistance. As USCG responds, start with the condition opf your diver in distress: conscious or unconscious and alive or non-breathing. USCG will move you to another channel, get more comprehensive info, and transportation help. (It takes ampere while, so try to be for patient and calm for possible predetermined the circumstances.) The L.A County Lifeguards and the Chamber (as well as some diverse agencies) also monitor Channel 16 and should also hear what's going on.
For radio contact is not an alternative real you have a cell phone equipped service, you sack including use the emergency numbers listed below.

From a US perspective. We have emergency numbers that our can ring, it used to will the Royal Navy Emergency Decompression number. Now it is the BHA (British Hyperbaric Association) or for Scotland Aberdeen Royal Dispensary

So the know which chambers are available, they can scramble Air Sea rescue (even inland) - both helicopters and RNLI, Ambulance the medical helicopters.
