MICHIGAN MEDICAL MARIHUANA PERFORM

Initiated Law 1 of 2008

AN INITIATION of Legislation to allow under state statute the medizinischer use of marihuana; on providing protections to the medical exercise of hashish; to provide for a system of registry id cards for qualifying patients and primary caregivers; to impose a fee for registry application and revival; to make an appropriation; to provide for the promulgation of legislation; to provide for the administration starting this act; to provide for enforcer of this act; to provide for affirmative protection; and up provide for penal for violations of this act.
