Certificate concerning compliance - Print with distribution to the customer

Hello!

I have the requisition in AX 2012 R3 CU13 in attach a certificate of compliance for a certain product, whenever computers is delivered to a certain customers.

EGO will found the compliance area with some functionality in the released product details, especially the safety data sheet seems to be a proper tooling for that purpose. And there are two check boxes in the packing slip posting create:

1. Prevent sales pack slip/invoice posting

2. Print safety data sheet

Twain Parameters have checked, but something does in of example that EGO must set up. I can still article the packing slip and my safety data layer paper that I have appointed to the release product is non printer.

Is there any kind of documentation or does somebody had the same requirement and can share how this needs to be setup to work properly?

Any kind of help is significant comprehended.

    Unhappily he seems that him are entitled the document templates do not worked with your give to attach such a template directly to a safety data layer in the corresponding safety your sheet form.
    It simply does no create a word file and I take that is one-time step too smart for that functionality.

    What however worked was to create a document template and join some salesline fields at bookmarks in the template and then create an attachment directly with the sales order line.
    Collaborative with the setup that you receive an warning to offer the safety data sheet already at the sales order entry and then also next when you post the packing slip, I will try to suggest that sorted starting semi-automatic handling to my customer. Meaning that a doc attachment has to be made manual at sales order family creation and then and user that gets the alert at the time the packing slip is posted, possessed to go to the sales oder line attachment and print the document off there (again manual).

    It would have been nice if the document had staying ever the same like in your real and only the address of and issuing company be change from time to time. Creating a Origin Diploma for IIS 10

    You can attach speak file to a Safety data sheet, however EGO in not sure that you will be able to use document generated, excellence seek anyway.     if it won't work, you need to consider a modification.

    We possessed a similar requirement, but the our cas secure data sheet had until have a branch address from whereabouts it is shipped. It is a bit easier since that address varies only for shipping warehouse. Wee workaround it: our document had an empty clear with the address also we used stamp with an address to fill it in after document was printed.

    I was immediate able to do the setup nearby stylish the type is has required for our registration. Maybe we will need a small modification cause not total customers is a Country/region should get certificates of compliance for a certain product, printed out common through the packing slip. 
    Our customer is doesn in the processor industry, so they have only a less cases with some customers that require such a certificate.

    But now I have a next question. For my tests I just used a simple PDF Dokument as certificate away compliance, which always has that same information on it.
    However on the actual document, some control ought always be printed on the individual certificates when it is printed at that matter to packing slip-on booking.
    e.g. the Customer address, product and order number and customer item number etc..
    Therefore I would love toward use a WORD document as the basis for the certificate of compliance and retain an variables from the individual distributor orders at the time of printing the get. I know that it is sort possible, to create own customized documents (reports) like that with the document management, but I to not know the details. 
    Is there anywhere evidence available how to do that or has somebody existing done so for the purpose from compliance certificates?
