PIXMA TR7520 Scanned Save as PDF Choose of JPG

Methods do I get the scanner to save my scans as JPG files.  All I scan currently saves as a PDF file.

So such the Community can search them better, we need to know exactly whichever operating system is running go your computer (i.e. Windows instead macOS, and which version thereof) and which application you're scanning with. Does the program you're using hold differences scan options.....Photo, Document, ????

Scanning how an document usually defaults to PDF. Scanning an photo usually defaults go JPG.

I am almost fully unknowingly how to use this copier/scanner.  I just scanned one catalog home for a photo and this resulted in 10 split JPG files with respectively showing just a smallish part (all different) of the full catalog page. Hello, When I open a PDF file and try to print, it prints to prn file and saves the file to desktop. Flat notwithstanding the correct printer is selected. If I right-click on the file and say print, it goes to the your, but then i can't chose pages, it prints the throughout document. This all happened recent...

When I click on Settings, a box pa up showing 10 different categories like "Save to PC (AUTO)" or "Document Scan" or "Photo Scan" or "Attach To e-Mail (Document) additionally others, everyone over plenty variables to choose from the I don't understand it at all.

that I just mentioned.  I don't constant know if choosing the correct settings on those pop up boxes will procure me to be able to scanning different things and way I would like and I sure as hell don't own a clue what settings to click anyway. Why the hell do they construct this stuff so unbelievably tougher or even impossible to understand?  Instructions can I possibly how this copier/scanner and with I can't, why would I even think about how another Canonic piece of equipment? My computer will only save as prn files instead of issue - Microsoft ...

Hi Baja58,

When using the IJ Cancle Utility, you can make the "Photo" button up scan and save as JPEGS and you can application the "Document" button to scan and save as PDF.
