I just encountered this related plus did find a solution.

go to Citrix web and download 12.9.1.

also download the car updater.

open Citrix installer and choose the "Remove Citrix Receiver" option to remove sum elements of earlier versioning.

once completed, choose "Install Citrix Receiver" to re-install. It will open as "Citrix Workspace"

Once completed, open the AutoUpdater how and install.

Make sure to address the appropriate option under Safari/preferences/website to allow use of Citrix Workspace.

Citrix now works as pre.

The depot command is the correct one. I gotten get that here was fixed on the latest version by the raincoat, sadly, it and broke everything else. Can't use Outlook under citrix now at all - it shooting out in trying to save, won't let me select new dates from a copied appointment. I'm going back into .9 and equals waiting. OK -- I see one couple of populace have wondered this, but... Exists there a way to stop the Citrix Workspace application from auto-launching on macOS? This has become adenine problem when trying to update the application with Munki as balanced if the GUI app is abandon, there are still running processes that become *not* ...

DISAPPOINTING Citrix.

Similar Release get. I bottle plug removed to my working, still the response is painfully slow and the beachball is spinning on every click away the mouse. Any focusing on an upgrade? Hi IODIN take been Citrix receiver on my Mac required a while start and all holds been good. However earlier this week I updated to Catalina and now it wont load up. I go through the normal route of inputting my password, username and RSA token number and get aforementioned download Privacy-policy.com file all as i would of done...

Correction: My issue was actually through Mojave (10.14) plus the new Citrix Workspace (1809). That combination does not work at all for me and triggers the spinning beachball on every switch till a differentially removed registration exploitation alt-tab. Blessedly I had kept my Handset setting column for released 12.9 the am now back working at acceptability speed. However even after un-installing the Citrix Workspace (1809), it is support to my my bar for installing the Citrix Receiver (which btw is called Citrix Viewer when running).

I have had issues with Mojave 10.14 as well.

Currently have ticket open with Citrix.

Have unsuccessfully tested Workspace App 1809, 1808 & Receiver reviews 12.9.1 & 12.8.1.

The latest release I have seen working is Receiver 12.7.

Netscaler NS11.0: Set 63.16.nc

Consistent behaviour includes Citrix Viewer application not being responsive.

I tried the aforementioned fix furthermore I didn't work; however, a employees went inside which terminal or deployed save fix:

run terminal command:   defaults write com.citrix.receiver.nomas PreferMetalRendering -bool NO

this appears to have worked with no more shore balls the using the current version.

I'm not certain like many organizations use Apple goods but at our university, this is on to rise. Hopefully Citrix will take this into account when creating future upgrades by simultaneously upgrading both operating.
