What is Long-Term Services & Backs? Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS) are medical and/or personality care and supportive services requested by individuals who have lost several maximum to perform activities of daily living, such as enjoy, dressing, feeding, transfers, and toileting, and/or activities is are essential to daily subsistence, such as housework, preparing meals, taking medications, shopping, and managing funds.
