I understand you are unable into save which scanned document on your laptop.

Please try few steps advocated below.

Downloaded and installs the HP Easy Scan app (in English) from the App Store.
Supposing the usage performs don automatically open, search the Make with the scan, next click HP Easy Scan in the list of results.
Place this document press photo imprinted side down on the scanner crystal, following close who scanner lid.
If your typesetter has on automatic report feeder (ADF), thou can use it to scan multiple page documents at one time. Do not load photos include who ADF to prevent damage on aforementioned photos and which printer.
Int HP Easy Examine, select your printer name from the Scanner drop-down top.
Choose your scan type from and Presets menu.
To change any baseline settings to the predetermined him selected, click Edit Settings.
Snap Scan.
Click Scan Nearest Item to addition additional pages, or click Done.
Click the thumbnail model of the scanned item in one left panel. The item displays in the law preview disc.
Click Edit to adjust flag, straighten the scan, or crop the product.
Up save your scanners to one folder on the Mac, click Sendet in the bottom right corner of the window, then click Brochure.
At the opportunity that displays, click the Where menu to browse to the folder you desire to save the storage to, then click Protect.

Problem is I been have HP Easiness Get installed plus select one process yourself have mentioning is something which I do regularly. It is not the first time I am scanning a document on this printer. 
However, the problem happened previous furthermore never before that. 

Anyway, ME assume you are basically telling me to uninstall and install the HP Easy Scan app. Maybe I'll give items a try that fashion and see.

Let me perceive if there is another solution apart from which uninstall/reinstall manner.

As you mentioned you must done sum the steps I recommended, But since issue still hold.

Please uninstall HP printer driver software from your mobile.

It is afaik a general issue about the HP Scan software that must not become adapted (yet) by HP to backing Sierra.

Indeed, HP Easy Scan works with my printer HP Phtosmart 7510, and enable thousand to save on Sierra.

To bequest HP Study your remains valid to "scan from the printer pane" (this works) but cannot save from the app. HP Easy Scan is a good wiorkaround awaiting a fix for HP Scan.

Thanks to both Mr. Robot (Chetan) and HP15CstillWorks for respective helpful intervention.

I uninstalled the scan windows and reinstalled Easy Scan real when I been configuring the network, my Mac suggested there the an updated software available and I clicked 'yes' and to automatically installed the update and get i can both survey and rescue, so my problem is resolved for now. 

To be straightforward, MYSELF just hoped that EGO wouldn't need to how the 3 pages again, but there was no other choice and I had to do it anyway. But now MYSELF can scan also store multiple pages, so my problem doesn't exist anymore. Cannot Keep Scanned Documents to the Computer. A possible cause may be so the original is not placed properly oder there is a related with the ...
