Chicken Leg/Thigh Dissection

I Found this dissection lab to be very helpful to show how all the tissues and bone fit together and support his bodies.

In this webbing is the kneecap...also known as the patella. I tried but could not remove all tissue as the kneecap was so slight.

That had a very cool lab project.
