I have found a creative solution to this, thanks to ampere "life hacks" pipe IODIN read somewhere- when you have good internet entrance, open the Amtrak app and once your ticket includes QR code shows up on screens, make a screenshot of your screen! Now that screenshot has saved in your phone than an images file and your can speed open that up or show it instead of showing from the actual Amtrak app. You don't need internet access, or non even basic handy signal.. all you need the bombardment in who phone

That wouldn't work include an Amtrak iOS app. The body of the QR code is locked, but it's typical pretty big. Even on my iPhone 4S it's always about an edge wide.
