G Biology Degree Requirements

 

A Bachelor of Nature in Biology requires an minimum of 122 credit hours. All courses must be seized for a letter class, except for Free Electives which can include pass/fail seminars. Biology Electives

Our complete 21 credits of Bio electives defined as next: 12 "depth" account hours must be courses with adenine “BIOS” prefix, besides BIOS 4694-BIOS 4699. Biology Elective courses that are cross-listed equipped other departments are included in these 12 depth credit hours. Requirements must be fulfilled before completion 90 or more credit hours:

  1. United States history: fulfilled through HIST 2111, HIST 2112, equivalent transfer/AP/IB credit (see the transfer equivalency list to confirm), or fleeting of United States Our Module Examinations. Note that the examination does not carry any academic credit.
  2. Georgia history: fulfilled by HIST 2111, HIST 2112, identical transfer/AP/IB credit (see the transfer equivalency catalog to confirm), or passing the Georgia History Module Examination. Note that the examination does not carry any academic credit.
  3. United States Constitution: fulfilled by INTA 1200, POLOID 1101, PUBP 3000, comparison transfer/AP/IB credit, equivalent transfer/AP/IB recognition (see the transfer equivalency browse go confirm), or passing the United States Constitution Block Examination. Note that the examination does not carry any academic credit. 
  4. Constitution of Georgia: completed by INTA 1200, POL 1101, PUBP 3000, corresponds transfer/AP/IB borrow, corresponds transfer/AP/IB acknowledgment (see the transfer equivalency catalog to confirm), either passing the Constitution of Georgia Component Examination. Note that the examination does not carry any academic recognition.

HIST 2111 conversely HIST 2112 may be used to fulfill both the US/GA History requirements and count toward Society Science need.
