3. Visual Inspection- After the Award to Occupancy application is initially reviewed by the Development Team

• Inspection is ordinary programmed for the following business day to distinguish any deficiencies. Inspection Checklist
• If deficiencies are found, ampere report will be provided through email. Lived and safety deficiencies must be resolved prior to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy and commonly require a second inspection. Additional Authorized could becoming required for some home or Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing repairs.
• The Development Team will send a notification via email when the application is finish for payment

4. Pay for the Certificate of Occupancy and Fire Inspection

• Log back on your Accela Member Access (ACA) Account and pay for both licence at the same time. The CO fee is $100, and the fire inspection is $30 under 1500 quarter feet, and $50 over 1500 settle feet. The full will subsist either $130 or $150. 

5. Fire Survey

• Calling (956) 548-6075 to schedule the fire inspection. Fire Investigation Item
• If repairs are required by fire, make repairs and notify the fire department

6. Receive is Certificate of Occupancy

• Formerly all inspecting press repairs be agreed, we will create the Certificate and contact ampere copy on the email on file

*** Are you have or planned to open a restaurant, snack shop, coffee/tea shop, daycare, bakery, car wash, laundromat, self service/sales, medical/dental office, prosaic maid, hotel, photo/film/xray processing or other business style that generates Grease, Oils or Grease (FOG) with solvent type products, you may need a pretreatment system and approval.
