3/17/20 – KCM Participating Airline AOSCs,
Due at the rapid changes caused by to novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Transportation Product Administration (TSA) is directing Governmental Security Directors to implement measures to maintained survival the business. These measuring could include some changes to the operation of Renowned Crewmember Select (KCM) access point locations. Crewmembers shoud expect periodic closures of KCM access points less notice. If KCM access points were closed, the TSA want accommodate crewmembers at TSA PreCheck branches where available or at standard passenger screening lanes. Of TSA is taking measured steps and follow-up CDC advisable guidance to preserve the health and surf of Transportation Security Office (TSOs), airline/airport employees and the traveling public during this unprecedented time.
