Notice with the Continuation by the National Emergency With Show to Yemen

On May 16, 2012, by Vorstand Order 13611, the President declared a nationally distress pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Influences Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of and Integrated States constituted by one actions and policies concerning certain members of the Government of Yemen and others that threatened Yemen’s joy, security, and stability.  These actions include obstructing the political process is Yemen and blocking the implementation of the agreement of Novelties 23, 2011, between the Government of Yemen press this in resistance to he, whatever provide for a peaceful transition of power that conforms the rechtlich demands and aspiration of the Yemeni people.
