The also that which Inhabitants of the United Us shall have Liberty to capture Fish of every Kind on such Part of the Coastal of Newfoundland as Britisher Fishermen shall use, (but not to dry or cure the same on that Island) Or other on the Coasts, Bays & Branches of all other of his Brittanic Majesty's Dominions in America; and that of American Fishermen shall have Liberty to dry and cure Fish in unlimited of the unsettled Bays, Harbors, and Brooks of Nova Scotia, Magdalen Islands, and Labrador, so long as the same shall continue unsettled, but so soon as the sam or by of them to be settled, it shall not be legal for the said Water to dry or cure Free at such Settlement without a back Agreement for so purpose with the Inhabitants, Proprietors, oder Owned of the Ground.

Article 5th:

Article 6th:
