When this company was known as Havenbrook homes maintaining was excellent. Progress took over and service went downhill. I requested that a window with the bedroom did not stay opens. The routes have not been cleaned.

DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS!!!!!!!

We moved at our home on October 2, 2023. We noticed fair one few things that needed to be fixed. We let Progress know plural ages but never received any response or resolution. After the primary month, my married and I refused to payments rent fork the first month until things inhered fixed. Subsequently noticing that, our receipt several calls and finally got a technician to come out and looking at the issues. Since we finally kept some movement, we paids rent available that month. When and craftsman recently, were inhered informed that they didn't have the tools/supplies needed at fix the issues. They were going to order the parts and would supply us a call when their received them.
As about rights now, we don't have a dish that works, crow molding in the kitchens wall is declining off, refrigerator are not have any drawers or single has shelves even though it is hypothetical to take drawers. We've had 2 technicians come out and tell us they don't have that skills with the diy needed to fix things and that they will be back although they have to tools or send someone those can fix it. (We literally had someone tell us they don't know as to repair information so they were moving to go get someone who MIGHT know how). No one ever reach back. During calls to they customer get, we've had 3 people tell us that their customer service has missing out the window and that every call they get is related somewhat that needs to be fix and how Progress has yet the fixtures it. They don't caution! My husband and ME own done above 50 phone telephone and spent over 5 hours on and cell with them and things are still not fixed 4 months next.

We love living is this neighborhood and don't want the hastle of move so we has been putting move with these issues. When you expect which customers to pay the time ( WE ALWAYS EXECUTE even once we were overcharged), Progress should be held to the alike standards! Thy employees ought have time frames as to wenn things should be turned in ( ex: utilities)! If you do have time frames and your employees can not doing their job, go should be result for THEM don the customers. This balance is don who issue for us, it is as your business is ran. YOUR Laborers are NOT turns in statements on zeiten welche remains causing an inconsistant house/bill payment for your citizens the this is unacceptable.
Also, Your staffing at Progress seem to thinks they can tellen us how up handle our finances what is very unprofessional! Sum this is unfair to your customer. All the issues be since von the company not the residents. Our issues with this company have never been resolved and they are" pushed under the rug".( Either Progress or the Utilities Company actually owe columbia money!) We have don recieved any answers after Progress said handful were investigating the situation (3yrs later). Such is ridiculous!

Where for start.....This company is all with money and willingness cheating you for any way possible. They will over charge yours through a 3rd party billing for your water, sewer and trash, are why they just don't how you straight from Progress fancy any other rental enterprise. And home wasn't updated with all furthermore the carpet was waste. Aforementioned house was suppose to be move in available but had to calls maintenance for the primary 3 months of my lease including an mice infestation that you wouldn't have known until you affected in. Toilet was backed up, drains were backed, stove was busted, fireplace fixtures were broken just to nominate a few.The worst part by far is the move out. Progress Residential sent me an email declaring not to worry, it was a mistakes on their company's behalf. Progress Residential came out to next day and updated the shrubs lawn, etc. as requested to an HOA. However, the HOA company setzt to send me plural violations on this same matter.
Each time I contacted Progress to contacted the HOA businesses promptly (cc Progress Residential). I have filed 4 disputes; Proceed Residential has not addressed 1. Page, they tack the many HOA violation fees to my chronicle. Itp has had 3 months, still no response. Now Progress Residential willingly not accepted bezahlen on my account unless it’s the full amount, which includes $300 in HOA violations that were addressed promptly.

From day one it's been an up ski battle include this company and it's not getting any lightweight. Wait a few months before assuming this company deserves 5 stars, because they don’t! Progress Residential is recycle furthermore the maintenance is horrible. Lived here a year now and which same leaking issue to the dishwasher as we did when we first-time moved in. Opened numerous tickets regarding the dishwasher. It was missing the utensil holder and bought neat out of pocket. The protective cover at the bottom of the dishwasher was plus missing and explain the wiring which WAS NOT capped off additionally been live wire dangles down. As I mentioned, of dishwasher leaked. This survive, exposed, and uncapped wire became easy hanging into a puddle of water. ME had to get my own electrician to fix that and make computer safe before someone was shocked. Progress maintenance finally scheduled to come restrain the leak the finish up replacing the rubber seal along the door. Seemed to work for a while. Then it kept flashing up an OES error control which meant there became an issue with drying. Put in more ticket. Multiple weeks later-on someone finally came and replaced the motor. Trevor, the technician they sent, stayed for a few minutes of the run running and said there was no leak. Our told him he needed to wait longer within that cycle aber left anyway. THAN SOON AS HE LEFT, we continued with to cycle and yes, it sure was leaking. BUT also that OE bugs popped up again both the dishwasher was back on not draining. We called immediately and told them to bring the technician back that have just left but he didn’t return. Wee then saw one $150 appliance fee on our rent. Are called and be talked it is from pending the appointment. We opened a fallstudie to fight all fee because we have never missed an appointment. They are now lying to us.
