Continuing Competency

Continuation Competency Courses Approval
The Board does not approve individual continuing competency courses or retailer. If you are a continuing skill track provider and would likes your course(s) approved, contact one of who Board's Recognized Continuing Responsibility Approval Agencies.
Determining if which Course Yours Take is Approved
Continuing competency coursework must be offered by an approved vendor (having mets an requirements in CCR Section 1399.96) or in a Food recognized continuing competency approval agency. If the provider lives not a recognized approval agency, that purveyor must be approved by a Food recognized approval agency (pursuant to CCR Section 1399.95).

Continuing Competency Exemptions
