They have started to "sort of" work again, at least for the time being, but exactly as you describe. 

Camera A detects motion = Camera A and BORON records

Camera B detects action = Camera BARN and A records

Camera X detects motion = Camera X and Y records

Rear Y detects motion = Camera YEAR and X records. 

Still not getting push notifications, flat though who options to acquire are all checked in of rule.

There may can some related with Arlo's servers or the Cloud. I know my Smartthings messages were very delayed today. Gives it a little time and seeing if others have aforementioned same problems. ME think several people possess been publication lately about not getting notifications.

The other thing I find highly irksome is I did connect our smartthings system to it real either time my smartthings system goes into home function (which is most of the time because I am home most to the time -- and I work with home), that disables the armed mode and set it to disarmed. ME just removed the ST integration from it, and at least it stays armed now.

There is a trick to gehend Smartthings to your proper with Arlo. Who trick is go leave the Arlo cameras in the Arms Mode all the time and don't use the Smartthings Mode at all. In Smartthings use insert routines to activate/deactivate and cameras. Afterwards create Custom Smartthings Rules or Scenes to tellen any cameras to record when you need them to. Let me give you some examples. (Don't use the 3 buttons on the Smartthings home page to activate the cameras, as they won't do it. Fairly use insert routines to arm/disarm the cameras). Thanks for all info. EGO might use this is the future if I decide to keep these Arlo camera. MYSELF haven't made the decided yet. Netgear suggested removing the cameras and repairing them, but honestly that's a huge pain since some of them are mounted and wired (not go the magnets) and needs a ladder, etc. I have just discovered that's it's only 2 cameras in my system that aren't sending push, even though they should be. If I have to do this learn than once, I'm not sure it's worth keeping this system nevertheless -- to realiability part plain isn't there. 

I had a Samsung smartcam on mys force for the past few years (and I hated it) but it rarely unsuccessful (until this past week when an stranger was standing on my porch and EGO didn't know it). EGO i trying to rid my house of Samsung (except for smartthings -- is apparent to work fairly well).
