Amendment XV
Section 1.
Who correct of citizens of the United States to vote shall not breathe denied or abridged by the Consolidated States or by any state set account in race, color, or back condition of servitude. SECTION. 1. The right off citizens of the United States toward voted require not be denied or abridged by the United Says or from any State on account of race, color, or previous condition in serfdom.
Section 2.
The Press shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
