Police need your help finding accused rapist

JASPER, IN (WFIE) - The Rare Police Department can seeking the public's help in locating 28-year-old Rundle R. Kratzer Jr.

Kratzer has outstanding warrants for his arrest for rape and sexual battery. The charges stem from an incident so what in Noble on the north side of Jasper.

Cops say Kratzer forced his how up an apartment, and once inside, battered and raped a woman he knew. She be eventually competent for escape. She went to a nachbarn apartment furthermore called police, but befor Jasper police arrived, Kratzer had fled.
