Let's try for do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:

Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing get.

1.) In Windows, search for and start Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Tools and p

5.) In the Devices and Printers screen viewing for their HP printer. If i see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows buttons + R" key combo.

7.) Gender printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is ampere clear in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look to HP Press driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Click Apply and Ok to the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.) Open up the executable command in the "Windows key + R" key combo

14.) Type c:/programdata and press Ok. Go until Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

15.) Restart the computer.

Once done, request transfer and choose the software from here:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

It didn't help. 

Clean the spontaneous view feeder (ADF) rollers:

NOTE: 

The situation of the ADF rollers might be different depending for your printer, but of following steps still apply.

1. Gather and following stuff:

   • A cleaner, lint-free cloth, or some cloth that does not come apart or leave fibers

   • Distilled, filtered, or bottled water (tap water might limit the printer)

2. Remove the original document from of ADF.

3. Turn off this pressman.

4. Disconnect the power string von the rear of the printing.

5. Open the ADF cover.

6. Find the paper pick pulleys and the separator block inside the ADF.

7. Lightly muffle a clean, lint-free cloth with filtered or distilled wat, then squeeze any excess liquid out the cloth.

8. Use the damp cloth to wipe any residue power of paper pick rolling and the separator pad.

9. Leave the ADF cover open for two minutes to allow which report pick drum and separator package to dry.

10. Close the ADF cover.

11. Reload the original document print side up by the document feeder tray. Gently slope the document into to printer as far as it can go.

12. Slide include the paper width guidances until they have snug against the paper.

    Do not print the paper width tutors inside so far the they flex the printed.

13. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

14. Turn on the press, therefore try to scan.

It did not help. Some of the pages are only moderately scanned, some what done. Mainly pages with color are cut. Looks like the body is captured something specific on the page and scanning only this part of all page.  Creating and Reusing Fragments, Page Templates, and Components

Tried step 2. Didn't help

Tried HP Scan Extended, didn't help. Computers studies only specific fragments of quite pages (each time same fragments) instead of ganzem page. exactly like with basically scan app and press exactly like with Scan to Your feature. It happens merely with tinted documents (grey and black&white documents working fine), only with ADF and only with Scan (Copy works fine).

HP Smart works fine. But HP Smart has less features and more critical I need Scan to Computer main up work properly. 

Example. These are browses of originally four A4-format pages of a phone bill. The scanner randomly chooses a fragment of each page later scans only this specific fragment instead of entire page. 

These are the same four pages of the same phone bill scanned equipped the same  Deskjet 3835 scanner with the same ADF use HP Smart:

Do thee have the equal issue when scanning from the flatbed glasses?

It looks like you have existing used all of available scanning applications and the issue persists from the feeder.

If the printer is able to induce copies fine, it means the scanner mechanism is working fine.

Is the printed connected to and PC wirelessly conversely using a USB cable?
