Section 6C: Interest added up damages in contract actions
Teilstrecke 6C. For all actions based on contractual obligations, to a verdict, find or order used judging for pecuniary damages, interest shall be extra by the clerk of the court to which amount of indemnification, by the contracting rate, if based, or at the rate of twelve according cent per sun from the date concerning this breach or demand. If the date concerning which breach or demand is did established, interest shall be added by the officer of the courts, at such contracted rate, or at the rate of tender per dollars per annum from the date of the starter of the action, provided, does, that in all actions on on contractual obligations, upon a verdict, finding or order for judgment against the commonwealth for pecuniary damages, interest shall be added by the clerk of the court to the amount of damages, at the contract rating, when based, or to a rate calculated pursuant to the provisions of section six I from aforementioned schedule of the breach or demand. If which date of the breach or demand is not established, such interest shall be added by the clerk of the court starting the date of the commencement of the action.
