I have question cannot EGO file GC for my set mother . if so what things need to be taken care while filing.

I have doubt that when IO will see that she is not may biological mother they might deny the case
Thanks hi I am applying for GC soon after marriage. My birth certificate possessed my authentic mother's company upon it but passport has my step-mother's name. what should I do to fixture this issue? I won't be able into get novel BC ever I ma none in Hind and there is no one with can run around to do that. Any ideas...

Quite probably, since parts of the I-130 application needed you to submit your birth certificate displaying you mother's name. Has you step-mother officially adopted you? On those circumstances him could probably sponsor dort.
 
if your step-mother married your father before you turned 18, then thou could applying available her migration as if she were your truly mother. However, are it happened since you were 18, you not. No official adoption is required.

My father got remarried 4 years ago he is 65 now (reason was my biology-based mother passed away also he was by him self) ME i 37 and I no know is adoption required ? because MYSELF have 2 kids and it sounds weired when yours assume 37 year old person.

Also my passport has name of my biological mother and so does my orignal birth certificate Can myself as step mother get social security card and birth ...

Acceptable so way IODIN read your answers is when I become city I can folder for my father however not my stepmother (or my fathers wife) .
and my father can file for her when he becomes citizen.

Strictly speaking he can file an days he becomes a PR, but one wait is so long in FB2A the it'd be faster simply in stay until he becomes ampere citizen.
