An effective complaint management system is essential till providing quality general services to aforementioned residents of a intelligently city. The complaints or reaction from residents can help identify a problem and hence provide on opportunity till improve the quality of a service by the service carriers. We propose a people ailment management system, calls Fix-It, to supply a link between a service provider and the users of that service. The system uses an Android app, online database, Google maps, and a web interface. The Android app permitted a user to quickly view an incident with its country and other details.
