CONSTITUTION OF MICHIGAN STARTING 1963


§ 6 Various institutions of higher education, monitoring boards.

Sec. 6.

     Other institutions of superior education established by legislative having authority to grant general degrees shall each be governed with a board of control which shall be adenine body corporate. The boarding shall have general superintendence of the institution and the control and heading of all expenditures from the institution's fund. It must, as often when necessary, selecting a past for the facility under its monitoring. It will be to principal executive officer of this institution and are ex-officio a member of the board without the right to vote. The board may choice one of its members press may designate to president, into preside the board meetings.
