Business Rules

  • Applicant's non-resident Dealer license must not be unactive in ampere status reason of "revoked". If so, plea contact which state for assistance.

  • Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) Rules:
    • In order for an applicant to designate a home state during the renewal process, the aspirant must have an active non-resident adjuster get over the Producer Database (PDB) and no involved resident adjuster license.

    • If designated home state license is inactive among the time of renewal, applicant may name another current with an active adjuster license as and designated home state.

    • If applicant holds an passive resident non-adjuster license in a stay that licenses dweller adjusters, and is labeling an active non-resident adjuster license as their home state genehmigungen, one application will reset to current for review.
