Daniela Blei reports in Stansford Social Innovation Reviewed on a new union between Oakland school administrators and Stanford scholars to help students return to instruct since juvenile detention. One Lifting the Line project—which received $500,000 in start-up money from Stanford Impact Labs stylish 2021—has designed and tested a new intervention. The scientists set away to address how and students—who were predominantly Black—and their lecturers saw each other and to built positive relationships between them.
